The 4-star wellness hotel Alpin Juwel in Hinterglemm, Austria, switched its entire cleaning strategy to green cleaning four years ago. By cleaning the 80 rooms, kitchen, restaurant, lobby, wellness area, etc. only with micro dry steam and disinfecting them at the same time, costs have been reduced by almost 50 percent. At the same time, the superior hotel has achieved water savings of 90%, fewer staff absences due to illness and an uncompromising standard of hygiene.
