Yes - despite the high temperature, dry steam is safe when used properly. The low residual moisture ensures that the steam feels like hot air. Burns are ruled out as long as the steam is not accumulated (e.g. under a cloth).
Even people with cognitive impairments use the devices successfully and safely in diaconal facilities.
