Medeco Cleantec has been awarded the German Sustainability Award 2025 - Europe's biggest honor for ecological and social commitment. The award ceremony took place on December 4 and 5 at the Maritim Hotel in Düsseldorf. This award is a special milestone for our company, as it recognizes our continuous work for a clean, resource-saving and healthy future.
An award with radiance - for a sustainable transformation
With several competitions and around 3,000 guests at the award ceremony, the German Sustainability Award is the most comprehensive award for sustainable action in Europe. It is based on the global goals of the 2030 Agenda and assesses achievements in key areas of transformation such as climate, biodiversity, resource efficiency, supply chains and social responsibility.
Since its launch in 2008, the award has developed into a leading platform for sustainable transformation. In the new #DNP25 format, the congress, dialog, knowledge transfer and the award ceremony were combined into an integrated event. More than 150 experts from science, business, politics and society shared their experiences and ideas.
Why Medeco Cleantec was honored
Our award confirms the path we have been following for many years: We develop solutions that make real change possible. Our steam cleaning technology is completely chemical-free and drastically reduces the consumption of cleaning agents. At the same time, surfaces are cleaned hygienically, both in households and in companies, public facilities, hotels or in the healthcare sector.
The DNP recognizes companies that not only offer sustainable products, but also think holistically: from resource-conserving use and fair processes to innovative concepts for a future fit for grandchildren. This is exactly where we come in:

Review of the award ceremony in December
Key sustainability players came together in Düsseldorf on December 4 and 5, 2025. The exchange within the framework of the congress, the presentation of innovative approaches and the award ceremony formed the highlight of #DNP25.
