The BOMAX AIR air purifiers offer the largest HEPA filter surfacesurface area in their class and on recognized filter technology according to EN 1822. They perform just as well and reliably in a commercial environment as they do in the medical sector.

Ionization technology
The room air is cleaned with the BOMAX AIR airionized by cleaning agents. In a natural environment this happens via sunlight. In concrete terms, this means that molecules are electrically charged in the room air so that ions and dust attract each other and stick to each other. Already loaded Suspended particles combine with each other. In sum, these particle clusters then become so heavy that they can no longer be carried by the air and sink to the ground.

How does a Bomax Air air purifier work?
The G4 class* pre-filter filters the coarse particles out of the air in the first phase.
In the second phase, pollutants such as VOCs, formaldehyde and odors are filtered with an activated carbon filter.
In the third phase, the HEPA 14 filter removes even the smallest fine particles, such as PM1 particles - including viruses and bacteria - from the room air with an efficiency of 99.995%!
A NASA study shows that nanoparticles and viruses, such as the corona virus, are filtered out by the use of HEPA 14 filters, along with numerous other very small particles.
The final phase is the ozone-free ionizer, which charges molecules in the air and thus triggers various reactions, such as the elimination of unpleasant odours, pollen, dust, viruses, etc.
